Monitoring And Control Services - Order For The Service Of Geodetic Supervision Over The Development Of Gesut Databases As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Digital Solutions For Geodesy Of The Nowy Sącz District And The City Of Nowy Sącz.. The Subject Of The Order Is To Supervise, Monitor, Inspect And Control The Work And Its Results Performed As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development Of Gesut Databases As Part Of The Project Entitled: Digital Solutions For Geodesy Of Nowy Sącz County And The City Of Nowy Sącz, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 1 European Funds For Research And Development And Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.7 Digital Solutions For Geodesy, Project Type A. Digitization Of The District Resource Geodetic And Cartographic In The Scope Of Creating Spatial Data Sets In The Egib Database In Accordance With The Applicable Conceptual Model, In Terms Of Compliance Of The Work Carried Out With Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 And Annex No. 5 To Wt Pmk And The Contract. Basic Data On The Study Area Subject To The Creation Of Gesut Databases Are Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz Technical Conditions /Wt Pmk/. As Part Of This Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Supervision, The Duties Of The Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As The Monitoring And Control Entity Pmk, Will Include In Particular: 1) Inspection, Monitoring, Control And Supervision Of Geodetic And Cartographic Works, Including The Creation Of The District Gesut Database. 2) Inspection And Control Of Works, Including Geodetic And Cartographic Works, Carried Out, Among Others, By Supervising The Compliance Of The Work Performed And Performed With Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Conditions (Tc) And The Provisions Of The Contract, Entries In The Work Log, Generally Understood Professional Diligence And By Performing Inspections Of The Products Provided By The Contractor As Part Of The Task, Stage And Activity. 3) Monitoring And Supervision Of Geodetic And Cartographic Works, Carried Out, Among Others, By Conducting Appropriate Reporting And Verification Of Information On The Progress Of Works Covered By The Tc And Analyzing Information On The Progress Of Work In Order To Predict Realistic Deadlines For The Completion Of Works (Identification, Assessment And Control Of The Risk Of Failure To Meet Deadlines). 4) Conducting Meetings With The Ordering Party And The Wt Contractor. 5) Preparation Of Documentation Of Works Covered By Wt Pmk. The Division Of The Contractor/Pmks Works Is A Derivative Of The Division Of The Supervised Geodetic And Cartographic Works Described In The Technical Conditions. This Is Due To The Fact That One Of The Basic Activities To Which The Contractor/Pmk Is Obliged Is To Inspect The Products Delivered By The Wt Contractor, Within The Dates Specified In The Contract Under Which The Works Covered By The Wt Are Carried Out And In The Schedules For The Implementation Of Individual Works Prepared By The Wt Contractors, As Well As In The Inspection Schedule.
