Given That The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timișoara Border Police Is The Project Leader In The Safer Climate Within The Romanian-Serbian Border Area Project, In Order To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Project, It Is Necessary To Be Equipped With These New Means Of Land Mobility That Allow The Transport Of Project Team Members. These Cars Are To Be Used In Order To Ensure The Movement Of The Project Team To The Project Meetings (Steering Committee Meetings, On-Site Visits, Workshops For The Development Of The Joint Operational Plan, Planning Meetings For The Joint Exercise), To The Trainings Within The Vârciorova Conference Center And To Other Monitoring Activities. 2. Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timișoara Border Police, Based On The Necessity Report Drawn Up By The Logistic Service Acquires Land Mobility Vehicles - M1-2 Cpl, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Projects Objectives. 3. The Awarding Procedure Will Be Completed By Concluding A Public Procurement Contract Between The Winning Bidder And The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timisoara Border Police, And The Contract Will Run For A Maximum Period Of 3 Months From The Date Of Its Signature By The Latter Party. 4. The Price Of The Product Will Be Expressed Without Vat In The Condition Of The Beneficiary. The Price Proposed By The Economic Operators During The Execution Of The Contract Must Include All Expenses. 6. The Purchase Contributes To The Fulfillment Of The Objectives Of The Romanian Border Police In Order To Carry Out The Specific Activities Of The Territorial Police Of Timisoara Of Activities, To The Efficient Use Of Human, Material And Financial Resources, As Well As To The Improvement Of The Quality Of The Project Team Within The Contracting Authority. At The Same Time, The Vehicles Will Help The Institution To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Project Safer Climate Within The Romanian-Serbian Border Area, Ensuring Compliance With The Mobility And Logistics Requirements Imposed By The Technical-Scientific Progress For The Efficiency Of The Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project Integrated Modernization Of The Institutions Infrastructure, Contributing To The Efficiency Of The Inspectorates Activity 7.
