Stamp-Impressed Paper – Purchase Of 2026 Year-End Gift Vouchers. The Subject Of The Purchase: Vat Tv. § 259. 24/A. Point C) And Art. Tv. The Purchase Of A Paper With A Value Marked As A Voucher According To § 4, Paragraph (2), Point A), Which Is Referred To In Szja. Tv. In Accordance With § 69, Paragraph (3), It Can Be Established Without Doubt For Which Product, Service, Or In Which Product Or Service Scope It Can Be Used, And It Complies With Szja. Tv. All The Conditions Stipulated In Paragraph (3) Of § 69, As Well As Szja. Tv. Of The Voucher Defined In Point A) Of Section 69, Paragraph (4). The Planned Quantity Of Procurement For The Period Between August 1, 2026 And December 31, 2026: Procurement Of Voucher Packages For A Total Of 10,607 People. Most Of The Vouchers Will Be Distributed In December 2026. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order The Vouchers Before The Month Of December 2026 After Signing The Contract For Employees Who Leave Or Retire Before The End Of The Year. As A Basic Requirement, The Offered Voucher Must Be Usable In The Following Product Categories And Proportions: - Food Product Category, At Least In 70% Of The Total Usability; - Household Goods And Chemical Product Range, At Least In 70% Of The Total Usability; - Clothing, Footwear Product Range, At Least In 25% Of The Total Usability; - Product Range Of Technical/Electronic Items, At Least In 25% Of The Total Usability; - Ready-To-Eat Food, At Least 5% Of The Total Usable Capacity. The Tenderer States That In This Case, The Usability Is Examined Only With Regard To The Exchange Points In Budapest And Pest County. The Tenderer States That It Is Not In A Position To Deviate From The Territorial Restriction, Given That The Majority Of The Tenderers Employees Are Residents Of Budapest Or Live In The Agglomeration. The Bidders Primary Interest In The Voucher Is That Its Employees Can Use The Allowance As Widely As Possible. Requirements For Acceptance Points: - At Least 3 Voucher Acceptance Points Per District Must Be Provided In All Districts Of Budapest. - There Should Be At Least 30 Voucher Acceptance Points In Pest County. The Tenderer States That The Voucher Must Meet All Of The Above Requirements. If The Voucher Offered By The Bidder In The Pre-Bid Stage Does Not Meet One Of The Above Requirements In Whole Or In Part, Or If It Does Not Reach The Minimum Proportion(S), The Bid Of The Bidder Is Considered Invalid. In The Second, Tendering Stage Of The Procedure, The Tenderer Must Submit A Professional Proposal, In Which He Must Describe The Range Of Products For Which The Vouchers Can Be Used, As Well As The Places Of Use In Budapest And Pest County. Surplus Usability Is An Evaluation Criterion.
