The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is To Award A Contract For Technical Design Services, Technical Project Verification, Technical Assistance From The Designer And Execution Of Works For The Basic Investment Within The Project Construction Of A Photovoltaic Park For The Partial Provision Of Electricity Required For Electrolysis, Smis Code: 320785, Financed By The Modernization Fund, Call Title: Support For Investments In New Production Capacities Of Electricity Produced From Renewable Sources For Self-Consumption For Entities Public The Activities And Sub-Activities That Must Be Carried Out For The Execution Of The Contract: 1) Stage 1: Technical Design Services, Technical Quality Check Of The Technical Project And Execution Details, Respectively The Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation, Which Includes The Following Phases: - The Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation For Obtaining Approvals/Agreements; - Drafting The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Building Permit (Dtac); - Elaboration Of The Technical Project (Pt); - Elaboration Of Execution Details (Dde); - The Elaboration Of Technical Documentation Regarding The Organization Of The Execution Of Works (Dtoe). The Technical Project Will Take Over The Recommended Solution From The Geotechnical Study, The Feasibility Study, The Coexistence Study And The Solution Study That Was The Basis For Obtaining The Atr For The Project Construction Of A Photovoltaic Park For The Partial Provision Of The Electricity Required For Electrolysis, Respecting The Recommendations Of The Technical Experts On The Optimal Solution, The Studies Necessary For The Realization Of The Investment Object, The Opinions, Agreements And Authorizations, Etc. The Technical Documentation Developed By The Designer Will Obligatorily Respect: - The Installed Capacity Of The Photovoltaic Plant, According To The Feasibility Study; - The Technical Solution Approved By The Feasibility Study; - The Location And General Configuration Of The Investment; - Estimated Electricity Production. The Bidder Has The Obligation To Correlate The Proposed Technical Solution With The Technical-Economic Parameters Approved Through The Feasibility Study. Any Deviation From The Provisions Of The Feasibility Study Will Be Technically Justified And Can Only Be Accepted With The Approval Of The Contracting Authority. The Proposed Solution Will Not Lead To A Decrease In The Performance Indicators Of The Investment.
