Construction-Related Services – Provision Of Client Consultancy. Roskilde Municipality Is Hereby Offering A Contract Covering Client Consultancy In Connection With The Realization Of The Conversion Of Roskilde Sports Park. The Client Wants A Client Consultant With Solid Technical And Interdisciplinary Insight As Well As Documented Experience With Coordination And Advice In Complex Construction Projects Where Several Stakeholders, Interfaces And Functions Must Be Integrated. The Clients Advisors Services Include, Among Other Things: • Initial Advice, Planning And Implementation Of An Eu Tender For A Turnkey Contract Regarding The Upgrade Of Roskilde Stadium Combined With A Simultaneous Sale Of Municipal Land, Cf. • Design, Execution, Handover, Cf. Performance Description For Client Advice 2019 Ch. 3 And 1 Annual Review Regarding The Municipal Areas (Field, Grandstand, Roofs, Entrances, Playing Area Clothing, Audience Facilities, Parking Facilities, Etc.) As Well As The Interfaces To The Private Areas, Which The General Contractor Himself Develops And Manages, Including The Roofs, Which Are Expected To Be Constructively Integrated With The Private Edge Buildings Around The Stadium, As Well As Player And Audience Facilities, Technical School, Etc. Located In The Fringe Development As A Municipally Owned Apartment, Etc. Roskilde Municipality Wants To Upgrade Roskilde Stadium To A 1St Division Football Stadium With A Capacity For 4,000 Spectators, And The Possibility Of Eventually Upgrading To Super League Football With Room For 6,000 Spectators. The Latter Upgrade To Super League Football Is Not Part Of The Current Project. Roskilde Municipality Plans To Carry Out An Eu Tender For A Turnkey Contract For The Conversion And Upgrade To A 1St Division Football Stadium. The Eu Tender For The Turnkey Contract Is Planned In Combination With A Simultaneous Sale Of Municipal Land, And Where The Land Is Transferred With An Obligation To Develop The Land In Accordance With The Local Plan. The Consideration For The Turnkey Contract Is Thus Partially Paid Via The Transfer Of Municipal Land, Which Can Be Used For Private Purposes Afterwards.
