The Quality Of The Services Provided By The Public Telecommunications Operator Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Stipulated In Its Individual License, Respectively In The Authorization To Carry Out Telecommunications/Electronic Communications Through A Public Telecommunications Mobile Cellular Network According To The Gsm/Umt/Lte Standard With National Coverage, Issued By The Commission For The Regulation Of Communications, In Accordance With The General Rules For Relationships With End Users, Agreed With The Commission For The Regulation Of Communications And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law For Electronic Messages.
