Given That Hls Telecommunications Network Is The Backbone Of All Business Processes, And Especially The Operation Of The Sales Network Through Which Hl Achieves Its Planned Financial Turnover, During The Establishment And Provision Of Requested Services, Downtime Or Interruptions In The Operation Of Part Or The Entire Network Infrastructure Are Not Acceptable. As Insurance Against The Risk Of Potential Unavailability Of Payments From The Sales Network, Internet Payments, Call Center, As Well As Other Web-Services And Thus Untimely Sending Of Reports On Completed Financial Transactions To Competent Authorities, Possible Financial Loss And Loss Of Reputation, The Following Conditions Are Prescribed For Bidders. For The Needs Of Data Transmission And For The Needs Of Voice Communications In The Fixed Telecommunications Network As Part Of The Complete Information System Of The Croatian Lottery, The Following Telecommunication Services Must Be Provided: • Access Service To A Private Data Network (Mpls/Ip Vpn) Via Permanent Symmetrical Connection, Via Remote Xdsl Access Without Traffic Restrictions And Via Remote Mobile (4G And/Or 5G) Access • Internet Connection Service Via Permanent Symmetrical Connection, Via Remote Xdsl Access And Via Remote Mobile (4G And/Or 5G) Access • Service L2 Full Mesh Data Connections Between The Data Centers Where The Clients Equipment Is Located • Sla (Service Level Agreement) – Agreement On The Level Of Service Quality • Ddos Protection On Connections To The Data Centers From The Internet • Monitoring Service • Voice Transmission Service • Free 0800 Call Service • Ip Television Service.
