1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Martial Arts Center Building, Including The Hiding Place Along With Land Development And Technical Infrastructure, And The Demolition Of The Existing Building, Divided Into Stages: Stage I: Preparation And Agreement With The Ordering Party Of The Concept And Visualization Of The Design Documentation; Stage Ii: Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation; Stage Iii: Obtaining The Final Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Construction; Stage Iv: Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Referred To Above. The Underground Part Of The Designed Building Will Function As A Protective Structure. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Dual-Use System In The Context Of Connecting The Hiding Place With A Public Building. The Underground Floor Will Constitute A Hiding Place In Accordance With Art. 83 Of The Act On Civil Protection And Civil Defense Of December 5, 2024 (Journal Of Laws 2024.1907).
