In Addition, We Need Industrial Electricity And Automation For Municipal Technical Operations. The Agreement Applies To The Areas Owned By The Municipalities And Their Enterprises. The Framework Agreement Does Not Include Turnkey Contracts Or Larger Complex Projects, And Assignments That Require Turnkey Or General Contracting Fall Outside The Scope Of The Agreement.
