Bidders must hold a valid latest-version ISO 9001 certification as of the bid submission deadline and demonstrate sufficient technical, financial, and project experience. Joint Ventures If the bidder is a Joint Venture (JV) of two or more companies: Members shall be jointly and severally liable to the Employer. A JV agreement signed by all members must be submitted. Responsibilities of each member must be clearly defined according to the price schedules. One member shall be designated as the lead partner and sole representative before STEG. A JV member may not participate in another JV or submit an individual bid. Any discounts offered by bidders must be indicated in the Bid Form.
