Aggregates Must Come From Stable Rocks, That Is, Unalterable By Air, Water Or Frost. Aggregates Must Not Contain Visible Foreign Bodies (Clods Of Earth, Coal, Wood, Vegetable Remains) Or Altered Elements. The Supplier Has The Obligation To Deliver The Products, Only On The Basis Of The Orders Launched By The Buyer, To The Final Destination Indicated By The Buyer Together With The Tax Invoice, Compliance Certificates, Etc. The Transport Of The Products Will Be Ensured By The Supplier To The Place Of Unloading Indicated By The Prospective Purchaser, Or To His Other Work Points, Within The Radius Of The Municipality Of Craiova. During Transport, The Products Must Be Protected From Impurities. The Delivery Of The Products Is Considered Completed When The Provisions Of The Product Reception Clauses Are Met.
