Repair And Maintenance Services Of Security And Defense Materials - Maintenance And Repair Of Asset Protection Systems. Repair, Half-Yearly Maintenance And Inspection Of Property Protection Technical Systems And Devices Installed On The Premises Of Semmelweis University, During Which The Condition Assessment And Full Control Of The Systems And Devices Must Be Carried Out In Addition To The Half-Yearly Maintenance, Once A Month Based On The Definition Of The Property Protection Department, Also On A Random Basis For The Currently Highlighted Object. Part Of The Task Is Occasional Track Repair And Replacement. Tasks: 1. Inspection During The Random Inspection, The Property Protection Technical Systems And Devices Must Be Tested For Operational Use And Any Errors Must Be Corrected. During A Full Inspection, At Least The Following Tasks Must Be Performed: - Battery Testing, - Sensor Inspection, - General Cleaning Of Devices, - Checking And Adjusting Camera Images, - Locks For Barriers And Access Points, - Lubrication Of Moving Parts, - Inspection Of Screw Connections. 2. Maintenance Maintenance Is The Inspection, Repair And Maintenance Activities For The Smooth And Safe Operation Of The Equipment In Use, Including Planned Preventive Maintenance That Must Be Carried Out In Order To Ensure Proper Use, Which Results In The Regular Restoration Of Continuous Wear And Tear. During The Half-Yearly Maintenance, The Minimum Tasks To Be Carried Out For Each System And Device Are: A) Camera System Maintenance B) Intrusion Detection System Maintenance C) Access System Maintenance D) Automatic Door Openers And Automatic Barriers Maintenance 3. Error Correction: Securely Operating Property Protection Technical Systems In The Areas Are Indispensable For The Operation Of Semmelweis University, Therefore The Repair Of Operational Anomalies And The Restoration Of The Systems Are A Priority Task. Troubleshooting Is The Elimination Of Unexpected, Unforeseeable Malfunctions Between Maintenance Cycles, Which Must Be Performed In Order To Ensure Proper Use. A) Repair Tasks Of High Importance B) Repair Tasks Of Above Average Importance C) Tasks Of Average Importance The Access Of The Winning Bidder (Hereinafter: Contractor) To The Glpi System Is Ensured By The Ordering Semmelweis University. Familiarity With The Use Of The System At The User Level Is Also Mandatory For The Authorized Representatives Of The Contractor. From Now On, The Primary Place Of Communication Is The Glpi Error Ticket. Stakeholders With Access Have The Opportunity To Inform Each Other Or Request Information, As Well As To Store The Created Documents. The Use Of The System Is Mandatory For Both Parties, Thus Ensuring The Traceability Of The Process From The Opening Of The Fault Ticket To Its Closure. The Details Of The Task, The Specific Quantities Of The Devices/Equipment Involved, And The Detailed List Of The Organizational Units Concerned Are Contained In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents.
