Research And Development Consultancy Services – Announcement Of Electronic Tender For Sub-Project 2 Entitled: “National Program For Simplifying Procedures – Digitization Of Simplified Procedures And New Proposals For Simplification Through Digitization” Of The Act “Strengthening The National Policy Of Administrative Procedures – Myth And Epad”. The Contract Concerns The Provision Of Services For The Modeling And Standardization Of Administrative Procedures Under The Responsibility Of The Ministry Of The Interior, And In Particular Human Resources Management Procedures, Updating And Changing The Service Status Of Civil Servants, Application Of Disciplinary Law And The Common Evaluation Framework. For This Purpose, The Contractor Will Be Required, As The Case May Be, To Record And Analyze The Current Institutional Framework, Capture And Model The Administrative Processes With The Appropriate Digital Tools, Write Relevant Manuals And Propose A New Institutional Framework.
