According To The Financing Guide Related To The Specific Investment I3.1, Approved By The Order Of The Minister Of Health No. 2.300/2023, With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Specific Auditing Of The Systems Is Mandatory For Signing The Minutes Of Acceptance In The Case Of Projects With A Non-Refundable Value Of More Than 500,000 Euros Without Vat; Thus, The Purchase Of Technical Audit Services Regarding The Pnrr Project Re-Sizing, Standardization And Optimization Of The Health Insurance Information Platform (Pias), Is Strictly Necessary For The Final Reception. The Technical Audit Services Are Mandatory In Order To Verify The Operation Of The Pias And For The Preparation And Signing Of The Acceptance Minutes. The Acceptance Report Will Include The Results Of The Specific Technical Audit Of The It Platform, Namely Obtaining A Reasonable Assurance On The Implementation And Operation Of The Services Implemented In Accordance With The Project Objectives And The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force And Compliance With The Requirements Of The Applicants Guide.
