Diesel Fuel Must Be Issued Via A Card System To The Personal Account In The Name Of The Customer Without An Intermediary. (Replenishment Of The Card Is Provided Upon Request Of The Customer.) The Supplier Must Provide Access To The Personal Account In The Name Of The Customer To Control The Consumption Of Fuels And Lubricants. Validity Period For Diesel Fuel Replenishment Using Smart Cards Until December 31, 2026
