The Task Involves The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall With The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure (Internal Electrical Installation And External Electrical Installation) And Land Development On Plot No. 166/3, 166/5, Parchowo District, Parchowo Commune, Bytów Poviat, Province. Pomorskie. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Construction Of A Building With Dimensions Of 31.00 X 9.68 M. The Height Of The Building At The Ridge Is 7.33 M Above The Floor Level On The Ground Floor. The Whole Is Covered With A Gable Roof Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. The Slope Of The Roof Slope Is 20°. The Task Also Includes Land Development, I.E. Hardening Of The Area, Parking Spaces, Installation Of Solid Waste Containers, And Strengthening Of Slopes With A Geogrid. Note: The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Swz And In The Template Agreement, Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
