Construction Work – Works For The Investment Objective Within The Project Designing Center For Art, Technology And Experiment, Multiplexity - Phase Ii - C3-C5 - Smis Code 342255. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Contracting Of The Works Necessary To Implement The Investment Objective Development Of The Center For Art, Technology And Experiment, Multiplexity - Phase Ii - C3-C5 - Smis Code 342255, Financed By The Western Regional Program 2021-2027, Regional Intervention 7.1.B - New European Bauhaus. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Rehabilitation, Consolidation And Functional Conversion Of The C3, C4 And C5 Buildings, As Well As The Exterior Design Of The Entire Premises, In Order To Transform The Complex Into An Open, Contemporary And Multifunctional Cultural-Technological Center. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Strict Accordance With: • The Approved Technical Project (Written And Drawn Parts); • Execution Details; • Building Permit; • Specifications; • The Technical Legislation In Force Regarding Quality In Construction, Installations, Fire Safety, Energy Efficiency And Occupational Health And Safety. The Contractor Has The Obligation To Carry Out All The Works Provided In The Project, As Well As Any Works Necessary To Ensure The Functionality Of The Objective And The Fulfillment Of The Quality, Performance And Safety Requirements Imposed By The Beneficiary, Including: • Dismantling, Demolition, Uncovering; • Consolidation Works And Structural Interventions; • Functional Reconversion Of Interior Spaces; • High-Quality Architectural Works And Finishes; • Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, Low Current And Fire Protection Installations; • Landscaping Of Exterior Spaces (Pedestrian Circulations, Platforms, Green Spaces And Plantings, Areas For Public Activities); • Installation Of Special Equipment And Technical Elements; • Technological Samples, Testing, Commissioning; • Site Organization And Measures Related To Environmental Protection And Safety; • Submission Of Final Documentation, Including The Construction Technical Book. The Executor Will Carry Out All The Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Project And With All The Provisions Of The Procurement Documentation. The Estimated Duration Of Execution Is 24 Months. The Executor Will Carry Out All The Works Provided For In The Technical Project And In The Procurement Documentation, Including The Activities Necessary To Complete The Investment In Terms Of Quality, Safety And Compliance With The Applicable Legislation
