COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Upon payment of non-refundable Tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000.00) only per Lot, interested Contractors are to collect bid documents from Procurement Division in Room 0.18 on the first floor of the Commissions Office Complex at Plot 664 T.O.S. Benson Crescent, off Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Way, Utako District, Abuja. 4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Technical and Financial Bids should be submitted in two (2) separate envelopes clearly marked Technical and Financial and put in a big envelope addressed to the Executive Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission, Plot 664, T.O.S. Benson Crescent, off Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Way, Utako District, P.M.B. 558, Abuja. The envelopes are to be dropped in the Tender Box in Procurement Division, Room 1.17 National Assembly Service Commissions Office Complex. Submission of bids closes by 12:00 noon on the 29th June, 2026. 5.
