The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Security Monitoring Services Of The Public Contracting Authoritys Ict Infrastructure For The Purpose Of Systematic Identification, Evaluation And Timely Response To Behaviors Indicating A Violation Of The Banks Information And Cyber Security In Real Time During A Period Of 48 Months, From The Introduction Of Mechanisms Supporting Monitoring Services. The Provision Of Comprehensive Ict Infrastructure Security Monitoring Services Should Include The Following Areas: (A) Security Monitoring Services Of The Protected Environment And At The Same Time (B) Services Consisting Of Security Incident And Event Reports. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Part B.2 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And B.1 Business Terms Of The Tender Documents. The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Under The Following Conditions: - The Submitted Equivalent Will Contain Qualitatively More Favorable Parameters Than The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority For The Subject Of The Contract, Or - The Submitted Equivalent Will Ensure More Advantageous Functionalities And Functionality Of The Subject Of The Contract Than The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority For The Functionality Of The Subject Of The Contract/Contract.
