Conversion Of An Existing Unused Cafeteria Space Within A Correctional Facility Into Secure Program Space, Including 3–4 Secure Interview Rooms, Three Staff Workstations, And One Private Office.The Project Includes A Complete Upgrade And Reconfiguration Of Building Systems To Support The New Use. Mechanical Work Consists Of Full Hvac System Replacement And Integration, Including Replacement Of Ahu-4, Demolition Of Existing Fan Coil Units Fc-4 And Fc-5, Installation Of New Cooling Systems (Including Rooftop Condensing Units), Ductwork Modifications, And Controls Upgrades. Dedicated Air Conditioning Will Also Be Provided For The Server Room.Electrical And Control Systems Will Be Upgraded To Support New Mechanical Equipment And Revised Layouts, Including Integration With The Existing Bcms. Fire Alarm, Life Safety, And Security Systems (Including Cctv And Access Control) Will Be Reviewed And Modified As Required To Meet Correctional Facility Standards.The Scope Also Includes Associated Architectural And Structural Modifications, Demolition Of Existing Elements, And Coordination With Existing Building Systems To Accommodate The New Layout And Program Requirements.
