The Subject Of Procurement Is The Media And Social Media Monitoring Saas Service And Related Expert Services For The Needs Of The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area. Media Monitoring Services Include A Ready-Made Software Service Solution (Saas) For Media And Social Media Monitoring As Well As Expert Work Related To Training, Preparing/Updating Searches And Analyzing Results. The Software Service Must Cover At Least The Following Areas Of Digital Media: Kymenlaaksos Local News Media, National News Media, Editorial Media (E.G. Medical Journal). The Hit Search Must Also Include The Materials Behind The Paywall. The Social Media Channels That Can Be Followed Must Be At Least Facebook, Instagram, X, As Well As Openly Available News Discussions, Facebook Groups And Blogs. The Procurement Contract Period Is Two (2) Years, After Which The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A Mutual Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. The Agreement Is Supposed To Enter Into Force In The Summer Of 2026.
