The Procurement Of Works Has Two Main Components: 1. Execution Of Related Works And Endowments (Related Measures) This Activity Includes The Following Types Of Works: A. Consolidation And Compliance Works. In Order To Ensure Structural Stability And Increase The Degree Of Seismic Safety - The Inclusion Of The C1 Body In Rs Iv And The C8 Body In Rs Iii, Intervention Works Will Be Carried Out On The Infrastructure And Superstructure: B. Interventions For Fire Safety And Compliance With Regulations • Conformity Of Vertical And Horizontal Escape Routes: Protection Of Gaps And Appropriate Separation Of Circulations. • Complete Installation Of Fire Protection Equipment: Detection, Signaling And Warning, Indoor And Outdoor Hydrants, Security Lighting, Lightning Protection. • Compensatory Measures For The Non-Compliance Of The Distances With Respect To The Neighbourhoods. C. Restoration And Conservation Works Of Architectural-Historical Elements • All Elements That Preserve The Original Substance Of The Building Will Be Preserved And Subjected To Conservation-Restoration Interventions. • All The Decorative Elements Of The Facade Will Be Restored • The Return To The Form Of The Pediment As It Appears In The Vintage Photographs, • The Restoration Of The Interior Carpentry And Wooden Elements Taking Into Account The Existing Elements That Can Be Refurbished. D. Interventions On The Interior Elements: Modernization Of Sanitary Units, Reopening Of Closed Gaps, Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities E. Exterior Restoration: Vertical Systematization, Guard Sidewalks, Removal Of Parasitic Elements. F. - Installation Compliance Works - Works That Do Not Directly Lead To An Increase In Energy Efficiency But Are Necessary For The Functionality Of The Investment Objective G. - Installation Of The Crawler Elevator: Equipment Provided For The Compliance Of The Building With The Requirements Regarding The Accessibility Of The Infrastructure In Order To Increase The Access Of People With Disabilities To Education Services And Prevent Social Exclusion. 2. Execution Of Works To Increase Energy Efficiency This Activity Constitutes The Core Of The Investment And Includes The Following Types Of Works: A. Replacing Installations For The Production And Use Of Thermal Agent For Heating And Domestic Hot Water With Renewable Sources • Installation Of A Modern Heating System With Heat Pumps And High-Efficiency Heat Exchangers; • Connection To An Efficient Thermal Distribution System; • Modernization Of Domestic Hot Water Supply Systems.
