The Increase In The Volume Of Transactions, The Simultaneous Implementation Of Multiple Programs And The Management Of A Large Number Of Financial Transactions, Create An Environment In Which Correct And Timely Accounting Monitoring Is A Basic Condition For The Efficient And Orderly Operation Of The Organization. The Provision Of Such Services Contributes Decisively To Ensuring The Sound Financial Management Of The Resources Managed By The Company, Enhances Transparency And Accountability In The Use Of Public And Co-Financed Funds And Supports The Effective Implementation Of The Investment Policies Undertaken By The Organization. Based On The Above, It Becomes Clear That Strengthening The Company By Providing Specialized Financial, Accounting, Administrative & Consulting Services Is An Essential Condition For The Proper, Transparent And Efficient Management Of The Significant Financial Resources Entrusted To It. This Need Is Directly Related Both To The Size Of The Financial Object Managed By The Organization And To The Complexity Of The Regulatory Framework That Governs The Operation Of Financial Tools And Co-Financed Actions. Below Is A Complete List Of All The Necessary Services That Are Necessary To Support The Above Financial, Accounting And Administrative Obligations Of The Organization In Order To Function Properly. In Particular, The Support Of The General Directorate Of Financial & Administrative Support Is Deemed Necessary. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Cpv: 79211000-6 Accounting Services Cpv: 79418000-7 Procurement Consulting Services Cpv 75120000-3 Organizational Administrative Services Offers Are Submitted For All Requested Services. The Contract Is Not Subdivided For Reasons Of Compatibility, Integrity And Application Of Uniform Security Policies. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To Seven Hundred And Fifty Thousand Euros (€750,000.00) Excluding 24% Vat (Estimated Value Including 24% Vat: €930,000.00). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Six (6) Months, From The Date Of Its Signature. The Place Of Provision Of The Services Is Defined As The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority And/Or The Headquarters Of The Prospective Contractor, Or Wherever Else Required. In Appendix I Detailed Description Of Physical And Financial Object Hereof, The Services That May Be Assigned, As Well As The Deliverables Within The Said Services, Are Presented In Detail.
