Systems Analysis And Programming Services – Support And Development Of Application Software For Enforcement Activities And Storage Of Pension Information - Ii. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Provision Of Support And Development Of Application Software (Apv) For Enforcement Activities And Pension Information Storage - Apv Exk And Eds (Hereinafter Referred To As The System). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is Mainly The Following Services: - System Takeover Services - Including, Among Other Things, The Preparation Of The Servicedesk Tool And The Implementation Of Monitoring Based On The Takeover Plan Drawn Up By The Supplier; - System Operation Support Services - Incl. Monitoring Of The System, Provision Of Administration And Maintenance Of The System, Support Of Its Users And Provision Of Support For The Operation Of The System; - System Development Services According To The Clients Requirements And In The Implementation Of Training For Key Users, Methodologies, Administrators And End Users Of The System; - Expert Support Services For The Operation Of The System, In Particular Providing Reconfiguration And Parameterization Of The System, Performing Separate Analyzes Related To The System And Modifications Of The System Without The Need To Intervene In The Source Code; - Services For Termination Of The Performance Of The Agreement - Exit Services (Hereinafter Also Services). The Services Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Information And Communication Technology Standards Of The Contracting Authority, The List Of Which Is Given In Annex No. 6 Of The Contract And The Current Wording Of Which Is Provided By The Contracting Authority For The Purposes Of Submitting A Bid As Annex G Of The Procurement Documentation (I.E. The Standards Of The Contracting Authority In The Current Version). A Detailed Specification Of The Services And The Outputs And Activities Implemented Within It, Including The Method Of Their Fulfillment And The Relevant Conditions, Is Given In Appendix B – Binding Sample Agreement And In Its Appendix No. 1 – Technical Specification.
