The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Transport Of Works Of Art From Holland, Belgium, France, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia And The Czech Republic From The Places (Cities) Of Sending Works Of Art In Amsterdam, Brussels, Dordrecht, Twente, Antwerp, Tournai, Paris, Zagreb, Cetinje, Novi Sad And Prague For The Exhibition Entitled Jaroslav Cermák - Myths Of European Reality, Which Will Be Organized By The Gallery Of The Capital City Of Prague (Hereinafter Referred To As Ghmp) In Exhibition Premises Of The Municipal Library At Mariánské Náměstí 98/1, Prague 1. The Exhibition Will Take Place From 03/11/2026 To 28/02/2027. It Involves The Implementation Of Complex Transport Services Consisting In The Transport Of Works Of Art Specified In Annex No. 28.4 Of The Procurement Documentation (List Of Loans) And The Provision Of Related Services Specified In Article 2.3 And Article 11 Of The Tender Documentation, In The Legend To The Table Of Tender Price Forms In Annex No. 28.2 Of The Tender Documentation And In Annex No. 28.4 Of The Tender Documentation. The Places Of Dispatch Of Works Of Art During Transport To The Exhibition And The Places Of Destination (Delivery) During Transport From The Exhibition Back To The Lenders And The Conditions Of Transport Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 28.4 Of The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Production Or Lending And Storage Of Transport Boxes, Transport Frames Using Soft Material, Loading And Packing Of Works At Lenders, Transport Of Works, Unloading Of Boxes With Works Of Art, Mediation Of Courier Services (Payment Of Per Diems, Provision Of Accommodation, Transport From Václav Havel Airport And Air Tickets) And Removal Of Works According To The Instructions Of The Exhibition Curator, Couriers From Lenders And Employees Of Ghmp To The Exhibition Premises Of Ghmp On The 4Th Floor Of The Municipal Library (Personal Elevator Is In The Building). Furthermore, After The End Of The Exhibition, Bringing The Stored Transport Boxes, Taking Them To The Exhibition Spaces Of The Municipal Library On The 4Th Floor Of The Municipal Library, Packing The Art Works Of The Borrowers, Carrying And Arranging Services For Couriers (Arrangement Of Air Tickets, Transport To Václav Havel Airport) After The End Of The Exhibition And Return Transport Of The Works Of Art To The Lenders. The List Of Works And, For Some Exhibits, Insurance Prices Are Given In Annex No. 28.4 Of The Tender Documentation. A Total Of 49 Cannons Will Be Transported From The 15 Destinations Mentioned Above.
