Using An Available Booking List, The Specialists Of The Nkb/Ip The Required Language Mediators Can Be Booked Freely. The Discussions Take Place In The Individual And Advisory Offices Of The Nkb/Ip. This Involves Support With Customer Discussions In The Area Of Applications For Sgb Ii Benefits, Benefit Matters Or General Matters In The Area Of Job Placement. The Language Mediators Support The Employees Of The Jobcenter In Communicating With People With A Migrant Background Through Expert Interpreting And Mediation Of Socio-Cultural Questions Language Mediators Are Available In The Entrance Area Of The New Customer Area To Provide Language Mediators With The Opportunity To Stay On Site During Their Presence.
