The Object Of The Procurement Is The Electrotechnical Products Of The Defense Forces (Including Small Quantities Of Control And Adjustment Devices Related To The Technical Systems Of The Building) And Related Services. The Contract Will Be Used By All Administrative Units Of The Defense Forces. The Object Of The Procurement Includes All Electrical Products In The Offerers Selection. The Competition Selection Is Made Based On Price-Quality Points. The Price Points Are Made Up Of The Value Of The Weighted Price Basket And The Discount Percentages Of The Product Groups. The Products In The Price Basket Are Based On The Acquisitions Of The Defense Forces During The Contract Period 2022-2025. In Addition, It Is Possible For The Company To Receive Quality Points Separately Based On The Attached Quality Point Criteria. The Selection Of The Competition Is Based On The Price-Quality Points Obtained In The Competition. The Bidder With The Most Points Is Selected As The Supplier Of The Contract For The Four-Year Contract Period. The Defense Forces Do Not Commit To Ordering The Products Of The Price Basket In Accordance With The Price Basket, But The Use Of The Contract Is Guided By The Defense Forces Need For Electrotechnical Products. The Value Of The Contract For The Four-Year Contract Period Is Eight Million Euros Vat 0%. The Value Is A Non-Binding Estimate For The Contract Period. The Contract Ends At The Latest At The End Of The Specified Contract Period Or When The Contract Value Is Reached. The Defense Forces Reserves The Right To Draw Up An Agreement With The Selected Supplier For Exceptional Circumstances. This Requires The Supplier To Commit To Continuous Operational Development, And This May Result In Expenses For The Supplier, Which The Supplier Will Have To Pay. The Defense Forces Reserves The Right To Draw Up A Security Agreement With The Selected Supplier, Which May Also Incur Costs That Remain To Be Paid By The Supplier Itself.
