The Purpose Of A Nationwide Framework Agreement For Total Advice Is That: - Dab-Lejerbo Can Easily And Quickly Receive Total Technical Advice And/Or Partial Advice For Both Renovation Projects And New Construction, - Create A Close, Trusting And Fruitful Collaboration Where Potential Conflicts Are Resolved Via An Open And Honest Assessment Of Expectations, - The Technical Adviser Supports Dab-Lejerbos Vision For Sustainable Quality Housing, - Any Fire Extinguishing On A Project Is Handled Quickly, Efficiently And Service-Minded By The Total Adviser, So That The Clients Security Is Re-Established Without Unnecessary Delay, - Dab-Lejerbo Is Provided With High-Quality Advice In Connection With The Buildings Planning, Resident Democratic Processes, Building Committee Meetings, Planning And Execution. The Tasks Under The Framework Agreement Can Vary From Minor And Major Renovation Tasks, To Comprehensive Plans And New Construction, And Will Be Based On The Performance Description For Construction & Landscape 2018 And The Tender Material In General.
