It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Optical Fiber Connections For Rauma Asunnot Oys Apartments With Network Work As A Service Purchase. Rauman Asunnot Oy (Hereafter The Client) Requests Offers For The Implementation And Maintenance Of A Fiber-Optic Propertys Indoor Network As A Service. It Is A Total Service Procurement, Where The Selected Supplier Is Fully Responsible For The Design, Construction, Possible Renovation, Commissioning, Documentation And Maintenance Of The Internal Network Solution Implemented In The Customers Properties Throughout The Contract Period. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Such A Way That The Customer Has One Contractual Partner And A Supplier With Overall Responsibility. The Acquisition Concerns The Rauman Asunnot Oy Properties Specified In The Tender, Which Comprise A Total Of Approximately 899 Apartments In 29 Properties. The Number Of Apartments May Change During The Contract Period. In Addition, The Procurement Includes Telecommunication Connections For Common Facilities, Such As Club Facilities, As Well As Property-Specific Connections In Accordance With The Attached Documents Of The Tender Request. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Ready-To-Use And Compliant Fiber-Optic Indoor Network, The Implementation Of Which Also Includes The Renovation Of Existing Indoor Networks As A Service, As Well As Apartment-Specific Cat Boxes In Accordance With The Customers Specification. The Supplier Must Implement A Network Connection To The Properties And Build A New Internal Network In The Properties, Which Is Owned Or Controlled By The Supplier Throughout The Contract Period. At The End Of The Contract Period, The Ownership Of The Network Is Transferred In Its Entirety To Rauman Asunnot Oy In Accordance With The Contract Conditions Without Any Separate Charge. Utilization Of The Existing Infrastructure Is Only Permitted If It Meets The Requirements In Force At Any Given Time, And The Supplier Is Fully Responsible For Its Suitability, Usability And Possible Risks And Costs. The Fiber Optic Connection Must Be Implemented In Such A Way That It Is Brought To The Propertys Technical Space, Building Distribution, Other Telecommunication Space Or Another Place Deemed Appropriate By The Supplier. The Connection Must Be Made From The Subscribers Main Connection To Each Property, And The Offer Must Include All The Costs And Responsibilities Of Bringing In The Cable, Including Excavation Work Performed Outdoors. The Cable Must Be Delivered Indoors Already Installed, And The Customer Is Not Responsible For The Costs Of Delivering Or Installing The Cable. The Service Provider Is Responsible For Applying For All Permits Related To Excavation Work And For The Appropriate Restoration Of The Work In City Areas And Real Estate Plots. Excavation Work And Other Work Carried Out Outside Must Be Planned And Carried Out In Such A Way That They Cause As Little Harm As Possible To The Environment, Traffic And The Use Of Real Estate. The Service Model Must Be An Overall Solution In Such A Way That The Customer Does Not Become Administratively Or Technically Dependent On Several Different Operators. The Functionality Of The Service Must Not Require Separate Coordination Between Different Parties, But The Supplier Must Be Responsible For The Whole And Its Management From A Single Point Of Responsibility.
