The Project Is Implemented By Care Palestine In Cooperation With Care Austria And In Partnership With The Business Women Forum (Bwf), Juzoor For Health And Social Development, And Birzeit UniversityS Center For Continuing Education (Cce). 2 The Project Aims To Strengthen The Socio-Economic Resilience And Empowerment Of Vulnerable Women And Youth In The West Bank, Including Individuals Affected By Gender-Based Violence (Gbv) And Persons With Disabilities. As Part Of Care AustriaS Economic Empowerment Program, Amali Works To Address The Unique Challenges Facing Women And Youth In Conflict-Restricted Markets While Promoting Innovative, Market-Driven Approaches To Entrepreneurship And Business Development. It Also Seeks To Amplify WomenS Decision-Making Power Within Households, Communities, And At The National Level. Over Its Three-Year Duration, The Project Will Enhance WomenS And YouthS Employability And Entrepreneurial Capacity, Enabling Them To Participate More Fully In The Economy. The ProjectS Intended Outcome Is That Vulnerable Women And Youth Will Have Successfully Established, Sustained, And/Or Expanded Their Businesses, Contributing To More Resilient Communities Across The West Bank. 3. Purpose Of The Tor: As Part Of The Amali Project, And Under Output (1): "Necessity Women And Youth Entrepreneurs Are Equipped To Become Self-Employed And/Or Recover Their Businesses"; And Output (2): "Opportunity Women And Youth Entrepreneurs Have The Ability To Successfully Grow Their Businesses In Traditional And Nontraditional Sectors", The Business Women Forum (Bwf) Seeks To Contract A Qualified And Experienced Business Service Provider (Bsp) To Design And Deliver Specialized Business Development Services For The Second Cohort Of Women Entrepreneurs (Cohort Ii). The Assignment Aims To Strengthen The Technical, Entrepreneurial, Financial, And Operational Capacities Of Women Entrepreneurs Through A Structured Package Of Business-Oriented Training, Coaching, And Business Growth Planning Support Tailored To The Specific Needs, Business Maturity Levels, And Contextual Realities Of Both Necessity And Opportunity Entrepreneurs. The Selected Bsp Will Be Responsible For The Implementation Of Two Complementary Yet Distinct Assignments, As Follows: 3.1 Assignment A Training And Coaching Program (Necessity & Opportunity Entrepreneurs) The Bsp Shall Design, Plan, Coordinate, And Deliver Practical And Market-Responsive Group-Based Training Sessions, Complemented By Tailored Coaching Support For The Following Target Groups: 50 Women Necessity Entrepreneurs (25 In The North Of The West Bank And 25 In The South Of The West Bank). 25 Women Opportunity Entrepreneurs (Ramallah). The Training And Coaching Package Shall Equip Participating Entrepreneurs With Practical Knowledge, Technical Competencies, Business Management Skills, And Market-Oriented Tools Required To Improve Business Resilience, Strengthen Operational Performance, Enhance Financial And Digital Capacities, And Support Business Sustainability And Growth. Training And Coaching Interventions Are Expected To Be Participatory, Practical, Gender-Responsive, Disabilityinclusive, And Adaptive To The Current Palestinian Socio-Economic And Market Context. Methodologies Should Prioritize Experiential Learning Approaches, Including Practical Exercises, Peer Exchange, Business Simulations, Case Studies, Scenario-Based Learning, And Contextualized Business Problem-Solving Techniques. 3.2 Assignment B Individual Coaching For Business Growth Plans (Opportunity Entrepreneurs) The Bsp Shall Design And Deliver A Tailored Coaching Package For 10 Selected Women Opportunity Entrepreneurs From Cohort Ii Through Individualized Coaching Sessions Aimed At Strengthening Business Performance And Growth Readiness. The Primary Output Of This Assignment Shall Be The Development Of Ten (10) Individualized, Practical, And Actionable Business Growth Plans That Clearly Define Strategic Growth Priorities, Operational Improvements, Sustainability Measures, Financial Planning Considerations, Market Expansion Opportunities, And Competitiveness Enhancement Pathways For Each Participating Business. The Coaching Process Is Expected To Follow A Structured, Results-Oriented Methodology That Combines Business Diagnostics, Coaching Sessions, Practical Advisory Support, Follow-Up Mechanisms, And Business-Specific Recommendations To Ensure Relevance, Feasibility, And Participant Ownership Of The Developed Plans. 4.
