The Scope Of The Assignment Concerns: - Providing Regular And Periodic Cleaning Work; - Carrying Out Additional (Specialist) Work On Demand; - Taking Care Of Window Cleaning; - Refilling Sanitary Items And Solving Minor Disruptions To The Sanitary Dispensers; - Managing Cleaning Employees Of The Contracting Authority Through An Undermanagement Structure. The Assignment Is Divided Into Three Lots. There Are Various Locations Within The Plots, Including Schools And Childcare. The Scope Of The Assignment Concerns 27 Locations Spread Over Three Plots. Plot 1 Concerns Schools In The Municipality Of Bergeijk & Waalre; Consisting Of 16,212 M² Of Cleaning Maintenance And 8,240 M² Of Glass. Lot 2 Concerns Schools In The Municipality Of Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende; Consisting Of 9,056 M² Of Cleaning Maintenance And 5,314 M² Of Glass. Lot 3 Concerns Schools In The Municipality Of Valkenswaard; Consisting Of 13,495 M² Of Cleaning Maintenance And 6,537 M² Of Glass.
