Tenders are invited for Global Consultancy Services for New Load Despatch Centre at Cote DOr The Central Electricity Board is pleased to invite eligible and qualified International Consultancy Firms or Consultancy firm of Mauritian Nationals or Entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their best proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Global Consultancy Services for the Construction of a new Load Dispatch Centre at Cote DOr. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/11188. A site visit is scheduled on Monday 08 June 2026 at 10.00 hours at Cote DOr Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 29 June 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 29 June 2026 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 01 July 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time). Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 01 July 2026 as from 13.45 hours.
