Construction Management Services – Project Management Entitled: Extension Of Provincial Road No. 151 On The Recz - Choszczno Section. 1. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 35 Supervisions And 95 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And D Draft Contract. 2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Extension Of The Section Of Provincial Road No. 151 From The Town Of Recz (Km 65+548.82) To The Town Of Choszczno (Km 79+387.21) Over A Length Of Approximately 13.84 Km. The Road Expansion Will Consist In Adapting The Surface Structure For The Kr3 Traffic Category With Widening The Road On The Trail Section, Min. Up To 7 M, And In Towns Up To Min. 6.5M. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, 2) Demolition Works, 3) Removing The Topsoil Layer, 4) Earthworks - Excavations, Embankments, Profiling Slopes And Ditches, 5) Construction Of A Provincial Road, 6) Strengthening The Ground, 7) Construction Of Two Roundabout-Type Intersections In Recz And Choszczno, 8) Reconstruction Of The Existing Roundabout-Type Intersections In The Town Of Choszczno, 9) Construction And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Exits, 10) Construction Of Bus Bays, 11) Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Road Crown, 12) Reconstruction Of Storm Sewage Systems In Towns, 13) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Sewage Systems In Towns, 14) Reconstruction Of Water Supply Networks In Towns, 15) Reconstruction Of Road Lighting, 16) Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings, 17) Removal Of Conflicts With Energy, Telecommunications And Gas Network Infrastructure, 18) Installation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, 19) Compensatory Planting Of Trees And Shrubs, 20) Renovation Of A Municipal Road - Detour, 21) Demolition Of Two Bridge Structures (Km 65+994.3; Km 72+850.8) And The Culvert (Km 79+304.8) And Building New Facilities In Their Place, 22) Construction Of A Retaining Structure - Sheet Pile Wall And Extension Of Culvert No. 8.
