The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Acquisition Of Ticket Sales And Cashier Services And Cafeteria Services For The Swimming Hall Of The City Of Lappeenranta Starting On August 3, 2026 And Lasting Until The Completion Of The New Swimming Hall (Autumn 2028). The Contract Ends Automatically When The New Swimming Hall Is Put Into Use. Service Level The Customer Service Person For The Ticket Sales And Coffee Shop Is The First Contact For The Customers Of The Swimming Hall. It Is Important That Customer Service Personnel Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. In Addition, The Personnel Are Required To Have Sufficient Information Technology And Calculation Skills (Sales/Cash Register Work, Use Of Computer Software) And Excellent Finnish And At Least Satisfactory English Language Skills. The Selected Service Provider Participates In The House Meetings On Current Affairs Organized By The Customer Every Two Weeks, In Which The Various Professional Groups Of The Swimming Hall Sports Hall Participate. Ticket Sales And The Cafeteria Are Handled During The Opening Hours Of The Swimming Hall. The Service Must Be Smooth, The Provider Must Guarantee A Sufficient Number Of Staff To Handle Customer Service, Especially During Rush Hours. Substitute Arrangements Must Be Made In Case Of Absences. The Ticket Counter Closes Half An Hour Before The Closing Time Of The Hall. However, For Supervisory Reasons, The Ticket Office Must Be Open Until The Closing Time Of The Swimming Hall. The Tasks Of The Ticket Office Include:- Sale Of Ticket Products For The Swimming Hall And Sports Hall, As Well As Other Sports Facility Or Equipment Fees With The Point Of Sale Device (City Payment Terminal) As Well As Follow-Up Of Contract Customers - Billing Of Ticket Sales, Handling Of Money Transactions And Billing Of Exercise Vouchers To The Customer As Agreed - Customer And Telephone Advice For Customers Of The Swimming Hall And Customer Service - Rental Of Swimming Accessories And Towels For Customers - Customer Advice And Guidance On Found Items In The Swimming Pool - Reservations For Groups And Special Groups And Subscription Saunas - Other Tasks Mentioned In Appendix 1 The Tasks Of The Coffee Service Include: - Provide Coffee Services According To The Customers Needs In Accordance With The Opening Hours Of The Swimming Hall.
