This Is An Information Request For Market Mapping. We Are Looking For Suppliers For Fiber Optic-Based Mpls Connections, As Well As The Mobile Network Connections That Verify Them To Destinations In The Capital Region. Hsy Needs To Acquire Fiber Optic-Based Fixed Communication Connections And The 4G/5G Mobile Network Connections That Verify Them For Offices Located In The Capital Region. The Connections Must Be Suitable For Connection To The Mpls Network And Meet The Minimum Requirements Described Below. General Requirements The Supplier Must Implement The Telecommunications Connection Package For Each Object In Such A Way That The Main And Backup Connections Are Provided By At Least Two (2) Different Telecommunication Operators. Fiber Connections From Different Operators And Mobile Network Coverage Are Available At The Locations. The Supplier Must Take These Conditions Into Account In His Offer. Technical Requirements The Connections Offered Must Meet The Following Minimum Bandwidth Requirements: 200/200 Mbit/S 50/50 Mbit/S The Connections Must Meet The Sla3 Service Level: Service Time 24/7 Error Notification Acknowledgment Time Maximum 15 Minutes Repair Time Maximum 6 Hours In Addition, 1000/1000 Mbit/S Connections Are Required To At Least Two (2) Destinations With The Following Special Requirements: Destination A: Duplicated Fiber Connection From Two From A Different Operator. Item B: Three (3) Parallel Fiber Connections From Three Different Operators. Fault Management And Division Of Responsibilities The Supplier Is Responsible For The Fault Management Of The Entire Connection. The Supplier Must: Handle All Contacts And Fault Reports To Operators Acting As Subcontractors Ensure That In The Event Of A Fault At Least One Connection Is Available Ensure That Faults Are Repaired Within The Agreed Sla Times Data Security And Location Requirements The Object Of The Procurement Is Nationally Related To Security-Of-Service Critical Activities, Which Is Why The Protection Of The Information Processed In The Execution Of The Procurement And The Management Of Communication Traffic Require A Special Level Of Security.
