Project: Tender21844 - Saas Based Intelligent Document Processing (Idp) For Front End Processing Optimization . This Best & Final Offer Request For Proposals (The “Bafo Rfp”) Is An Invitation By Public Health Ontario (“Pho”) To Software Original Equipment Manufacturers (Oems) To Submit Proposals For Software-As-A-Service (Saas) Solution Featuring Robotic Process Automation (Rpa) And Intelligent Document Processing (Idp), As Further Described In Appendix B (The “Deliverables”). For Clarity, Stage 1 (Round 1) Is The Initial Proposal Submission Stage, And Stage 2 (Round 2) Is The Best & Final Offer (Bafo) Stage For Invited Top-Ranked Proponents. Securely Commit Only Validated Data Into Pho’S Current Laboratory Information System (Lis). B) Pho’S Primary Goal Is To Reduce Median Processing Time Per Requisition From ~4.64 Minutes To ~1.45 Minutes (Approximately A 69% Efficiency Gain).
