The Subject Of The Order Covers Periodic Deliveries Of Biocides For Disinfection, Disinsection And Deratization For The Needs Of Disinfection Station - Burgas Eood, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Samples Of Technical And Price Proposals - An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement. The Implementation Of All Activities Will Be Carried Out After A Preliminary Request From Disinfection Station - Burgas Eood, Submitted To The Contractor In Writing. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Administrative Address Of Disinfection Station - Burgas Eood, Burgas, Zornitsa Block, Administrative Building 51. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded With The Participant Designated As The Contractor, Will Be Valid For 12 (Twelve) Months. Detailed Information Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Will Declare Quantities In Volume, According To Its Needs In The Process Of Executing The Contract, Within The Specified Estimated Value.
