The Order Covers The Material And Financial Scope Of Construction Works Under Task No. 5 Entitled Thermal Modernization Of An Educational Facility/School Building: Primary School In Waleriany, Which Is Part Of The Project Titled Thermal Modernization Of Educational Buildings In The Puszcza Mariańska Commune, Which Is Co-Financed By The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan As Part Of Investment: B1.1.3. Thermal Modernization Of Educational Institutions. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes, Among Others, The Execution Of The Following. Construction And Installation Works And Deliveries Of New Devices And Materials; 1) Insulation Of Flat Roofs, 2) Dismantling And Installation Of New Gutters, Downpipes, Gutter Strip, Under-Gutter Strip Made Of Powder-Coated Galvanized Sheet Metal, 3) Insulation Of Foundation Walls, 4) Painting Of Facades And Repairing Damage, 5) Dismantling The Old One And Making A New Strip Of Concrete Blocks, 6) Replacement Of Wooden Windows Together With The Replacement Of Internal Window Sills With New Ones Made Of Conglomerate And External Window Sills, 7) Replacement Of External Door Frames, 8) Delivery And Comprehensive Installation Of An Air-Water Heat Pump, Including Its Foundation, Connection To The Central Heating Installation, Electrical Installation And Commissioning. 9) Construction Of A Fence Around The Location Of The Heat Pump With Steel Panels, Maintaining The Required Operating Distances And Ensuring Service Access To The Device. 10) Removal Of Box Covers Installed On Radiators Of The Central Heating System. And Installation Of New Radiator/Box Covers In The Corridors In Colors Consistent With The Color Of The Existing Paneling, In Classrooms - White Radiator Covers. The Covers Must Be Made Of Flame-Retardant/Fire-Resistant Materials.11) Implementation Of Automatic Control Of Heating Devices, I.E. The Existing Fuel Oil Boiler And The Newly Installed Heat Pump, Including The Installation And Commissioning Of Regulation Systems, Temperature Sensors And An Installation Operation Control System, Ensuring Effective, Adapted To The Conditions Of Use, Assuming That The Existing Oil Boilers Will Remain The Peak Heat Source.12) Disassembly And Installation Of A New Central Heating Installation.
