Increase the productivity and production of farmers by ensuring access to inputs and essential agro-economic services (advisory support, agricultural extension, mechanization, water management, etc.) integrating innovative technologies and climate-smart agricultural practices, to ensure food and nutritional self-sufficiency; B. Ensure the development of resilient and inclusive infrastructure, particularly through the installation of irrigation equipment for local communities, the deployment of an agro-meteorological monitoring network (stations, rain gauges, data concentration equipment), and the promotion of alternative energy sources (improved cookstoves) to reduce pressure on forest areas; and C.
