1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Selected Hospital Departments Of The Health Care Facility In Chełmno. The Planned Works Will Be Carried Out In The Following Departments: Gynecology And Obstetrics Department, Internal Medicine Department, Care And Treatment Department. The Scope Of Renovation Works In Individual Departments Includes Painting Walls And Ceilings And Filling In Plaster Defects, Replacing Door Frames And Entrance Doors, Replacing External Windows Along With External And Internal Window Sills, Replacing Shower Trays And Cabins, Removing The Birthing Bathtub And Replacing It With A Shower Along With Hydraulic Modifications, Installing A Rehabilitation Ladder, Replacing Silicone Seals On Sanitary Utensils. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of The Task And Its Full Scope And Implementation Requirements Are Included In The Design Documentation And The Contract Template, Which Documents Should Be Considered Together (Appendix No. 6, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation, Appendix No. 4 - Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu). The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Design Documentation Is Auxiliary Material For Describing The Subject Of The Order And Does Not Constitute A Binding Basis For Determining The Amount Of Remuneration. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Also In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice And Applicable Regulations. All Quality Standards Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described In The Order Documents.
