3. Part I - A Bridge Along The District Road Constituting The Old Road Of National Road No. 17 In Otwock Wólka Młązka, Commune. Otwock, Otwock Poviat1) Data For The Bridge: The Existing Structure Is A Single-Span Road Bridge With Arched Girders With An Underpass Carrying Traffic Over The Świder River. The Facility Is Located Along An Unnumbered Road Along The Old Road Dk17 Near The Town Of Wólka Młązka. The Slope Angle Of The Structure Is Approximately 90⁰2) The Works Include Partial Replacement Of The Sections In The Hangers. 3) The Works Are Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition Of The Facility, And In Particular At Protecting It Against Progressive Corrosion Of The Hangers And A Progressive Reduction In Its Actual Load-Bearing Capacity. The Aesthetics Of The Facility Will Improve And The Service Life Of The Facility Will Be Extended.4) It Is Expected That It Will Be Necessary To Introduce Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works In The Form Of Narrowing The Gauge On The Facility And Limiting The Maximum Permissible Mass Of Vehicles Moving Around The Facility During The Works. 5) The Following Scope Of Work Is Expected:• Development And Approval And Implementation Of Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works;• Cleaning The Lower Anchorage Of All Hangers (Pipes) From The Existing Seal With Bituminous Mass;• Abrasive Blasting Of All Hangers At A Height Of Approx. 1.10 M From The Level Of Anchoring In The Platform Slab (Together With The First Batten) Along With Mechanical Cleaning Of The Front Of The Plates Welded In The Middle Hanger;• Cutting Out The Damaged Hanger Elements In Accordance With The Drawing;• Abrasive Blasting Of The Existing Hanger Elements Within The Connection Of The Elements (For A Length Of Approximately 20 Cm From The Connection Point);• Inserting The Replaced Profiles Into The Existing Ones With A Butt Weld Connection;• Making A Flat Bar Overlay In The Place Where The Profiles Are Joined;• Protecting The Repaired Hangers And The Cleaned Lower Anchors With A Set Of High-Zinc Paints;• Filling The Lower Anchoring All Hangers (Pipes) With Pcc Mortar And Adding Slopes;6) A Detailed Description And Scope Of Works For The Current Maintenance Of The Bridge Can Be Found In The Study Entitled Repair Of Hangers Of The Arch Road Bridge Over The Świder River Located Along The Dk17 Old Road In The Town Of Wólka Młązka, Constituting An Annex To Swz7) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Familiarize Himself With The Area And The Planned Scope Of Works To Be Performed Before Submitting The Offer.
