The Arrangement Of Shelves In The Hall To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Implementation Stage. Characteristic Parameters Of The Facility: Usable Area Of The Building - 359.11 M2; Building Area - 393.64 M2; Cubic Volume - 2,395.76 M3; Building Height - 6,855 M. The Warehouse Building Is A Steel Structure Hall Built On Reinforced Concrete Foundation Footings With A Roof Covering And Walls Made Of Sandwich Panels With A Pir Core. The Hall Floor Is A Concrete Industrial Floor. Roof Drainage Using Gutters And Galvanized Downpipes. The Facility Will Be Equipped With Three Gates: Two With Dimensions Of 4.0 × 4.25 M And One With Dimensions Of 3.0 × 3.25 M, As Well As With A Steel Door. The Building Will Have An Electrical Installation Including Internal Lighting, Installation Of Plug Sockets, Power Supply For Gates And Roof Fans, And A Photovoltaic Installation.
