The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With The Implementation Of Construction Works, Services And Deliveries, I.E.: 1) Flower Garden With An Area Of Approx. 170 M22) Green Recreational And Walking Area With An Area Of Approx. 1,280 M23) Graduation Tower With An Area Of Approx. 50 M24) Flow Park For Street Workout With A Sandy Surface With An Area Of Approx. 95 M2.6) Skate Park With An Area Of Approx. 456 M2.7) Fireplace Area With An Area Of Approx. 50 M2.8) Recreational Shelter With An Area Of Approx. 60 M2 With A Paved Area Made Of Paving Stones Permeable To Rainwater With An Area Of Approx. 890 M2.9) Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Total Area Of Approx. 638 M2.10) Lawn Areas With A Total Area Of Approx. 2,500 M2.11) The Roadway Of The Existing Road Made Of Granite Cubes To Be Cleaned And Local Renovations, With An Area Of Approx. 2,497 M2.12) Area Lighting, Solar Park Lamps, Approximately 18 Pieces, And Approximately 8 Lamps Connected To The Network Illuminating The Paved Square. The Above Works Should Be Carried Out Based On The Functional And Utility Program. The Scope Of The Order Includes: In The Scope Of The Design Part: • Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes, • Making Inventory Of The Existing State, • Carrying Out The Required Measurements And Tests Necessary To Develop Design Solutions, • Preparing A Construction Design, I.E. Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design With Arrangements, Technical Designs - 3 Copies Each, • Obtaining A Building Permit Decision/Notification Of Construction Works, • Preparing Detailed Designs With A Set Of Required Arrangements, • Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, • Preparing Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, • Preparing Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection,• Preparing An Information Card About The Planned Project And Obtaining A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of Consent To The Implementation Of The Project (If Required)• Preparing A Water-Legal Report And Obtaining A Water-Law Decision (If Required)• Preparing A Project Of The Target Traffic Organization,• Preparing A Traffic Organization Project For Th
