The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Determined By The Design Of Renovation And Construction Works For The High Ground Floor Of Block C In The Provincial Specialist Hospital. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only Auxiliary Material And Cannot Be The Sole Basis For Preparing An Offer.
