Before Starting The Design, The Contractor Should Inventory The Existing Facility. The Attached Diagrams (Drawings) Are For Illustrative Purposes Only. Over The Many Years Of Use, The Building Has Undergone Minor Changes In The Arrangement And Numbering Of Rooms. 2) The Task Involves The Replacement Of 90 Pieces (Subject To Point 3) Of Existing Fire Detectors With New, Optical Addressable Detectors. Currently, The Facility Has The Following Installed: A) 79 Dio 36 Isotope Detectors, B) 10 Dor 40 Optical Detectors, C) 1 Tup 35 Thermal Detector Located In The Boiler Room. 3) The Scope Of Work Includes The Dismantling Of The Indicated Devices And The Installation Of New Addressable Detectors. Additionally, The Ordering Party Requires The Installation Of 6 New Detectors In The Corridors (Under The Ceiling), In Places Indicated In The Design Documentation Agreed By The Fire Protection Expert.4) Replacement Of The Sagitta Asp100 Fire Alarm Control Panel With A New One That Meets Current Regulations.5) Replacement Of Batteries, Currently 12 V 7Ah Batteries Are Installed - 2 Pieces.6) Optionally, After Completing The Design Documentation (If Necessary), Replacement Of Buttons Rop – 9 Pieces.7) Replacement Of Activation Indicators – 20 Pieces.8) Optionally, Replacement Of Wiring And Addition Of Rop Smoke Detectors – After Preparation And Approval Of The Design Documentation By A Fire Protection Expert.9) Disposal Of Existing Detectors, Pieces 90.10) Disposal Of The Remaining Equipment Mentioned.
