1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Water Supply Network Using The Controlled Jacking Technology Between The Town Of Pawłów And The Town Of Jaźwie In The Commune Of Tłuszcz, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Was Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The Tłuszcz Commune For 2026 Entitled: Design And Construction Of The Water Pipeline From Pawłów To Jaźwie. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Construction Of A Water Supply Network Using Pe Pipes With A Nominal Diameter. 110 Mm And 160 Mm With A Total Length Of 2684.8 M, Installation Of The Pipeline With Reinforcement And Reconstruction Of The Surface, Including: • Measurement Works, • Sheet Piling, • Earthworks, • Linear Excavations, • Drainage Works, • Demolition And Reconstruction Of The Surface, • Drilling And Jacking, • Pulling And Installation Of Pipelines, • Installation Of Gate Valves, Flanges And Fittings, • Assembly Hydrants, • Marking Of Water Pipelines And Insulation Of Joints, • Tightness Tests Of Water Supply Networks, • Disinfection Of Pipelines, • Flushing Of Water Supply Networks, • Marking Of The Pipeline Route, • Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, • Repair Of Roadsides And Other Post-Construction Elements, • Tightness Tests, • Water Tests, • As-Built Geodetic Inventory, • Final Acceptance With The Department Of Municipal And Housing Management, • Notification Completion Of Works To Construction Supervision.3. The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified In: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, - Bill Of Quantities (An Auxiliary Document, Due To The Lump-Sum Settlement) - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
