1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery To The Indicated Place Along With Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff, As Well As Servicing Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With A Hook Trailer And A Front Loader For The Needs Of Pszok.2. The Tractor Must Meet The Following Requirements:2.1. General Requirements: A) Brand New Tractor, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Manufactured At Least In 2024 B) The Tractor Must Have A Valid Vehicle Approval Certificate Allowing It To Be Used On Public Roads. C) The Tractor Must Have The Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle In The Republic Of Poland.2.2. Selected Technical Requirements: A) Engine: – Capacity Ranging From 3,600 To 4,200 Cm3; – Engine Power: 4-Cylinder Engine With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 90 Hp; – Exhaust Emission Standard: Minimum Stage V (Stage V). B) Drive: – Minimum 12 Forward And 12 Reverse Gears, Synchronized, Equipped With Mechanical Or Electrohydraulic Reverse Gear; – Four-Wheel Drive (4X4); – Maximum Driving Speed: Min. 40 Km/H3. Other Requirements And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 7 To Swz.4. Vehicle According To Art. 66 Of The Road Traffic Law Of June 20, 1997: A) It Must Be Constructed, Equipped And Maintained In Such A Way That Its Use: Does Not Threaten The Safety Of Persons Driving It Or Other Road Users, Does Not Violate Traffic Order On The Road And Does Not Expose Anyone To Harm; B) Did Not Disturb Public Peace By Causing Noise Exceeding The Level Specified In Specific Provisions; C) Did Not Cause The Release Of Harmful Substances To An Extent Exceeding The Levels Specified In Specific Provisions; D) Did Not Cause Damage To The Road; E) Ensured A Sufficient Field Of Vision For The Driver And Easy, Convenient And Safe Use Of Steering, Braking, Signaling And Lighting Devices While Observing The Road; F) Did Not Cause Radio-Electric Interference To An Extent Exceeding The Amounts Specified In Specific Regulations;5. The Offered Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Triangle For A Slow-Moving Vehicle In Accordance With The Notice Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 29, 2024 On The Announcement Of The Uniform Text Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502).6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Vehicle Has Approval Certificates, If They Are Required By Law. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Type Of Vehicle Offered Is Not A Prototype, I.E. That It Is Included In The Contractors Sales Offer (Currently Or In The Past), That It Is Not A Test Vehicle, And That It Is Produced In At Least 3 Pieces. 8.
