Successive Delivery Of Crushed Road Aggregate And Concrete Aggregate For The Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Sterdyń Commune Along With Its Even Distribution On The Roads Plans To Purchase The Following Amount Of Aggregate With Delivery: - Crushed Aggregate (Stone - Crushed Stone) With A Fraction: 0/31.5 Mm In An Amount Of Approx. 1,200 Tons, - Concrete Aggregate With A Fraction Of 20-40 Mm In An Amount Of Approx. 200 Tons, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Marl, Chalk And Limestone. The Aggregate Must Be Clean, Without Any Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials Such As: Metal, Plastic, Wooden, Glass Or Clay Waste. If The Above-Mentioned Contaminants Are Found In The Content Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivery. Each Delivery Of Aggregate (Type, Quantity And Place Of Delivery) Will Be Agreed In Detail Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Village Headmen. Depending On The Characteristics And Technical Condition Of The Roads, The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Must Use Appropriate Means Of Transport That Will Not Cause Damage To The Road Surface. If It Is Impossible To Enter The Road With Vehicles With Large Trailers, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Materials Using Self-Unloading Box Trucks. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Batch Of Aggregate At His Own Expense To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. (The Deadline Depends On The Submitted Offer. The Delivery Date Is An Element Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion) Starting From Placing The Order By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail. Each Batch Of Aggregate Delivered Must Be Carried Out In The Presence Of The Village Head Or Councilor Of A Given Town, After Prior Notification To The Ordering Party By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Wz Certificate Each Time The Aggregate Is Delivered Stipulates That The Given Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is An Estimate And May Be Changed Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Decreased Or Increased. The Change Will Range Up To +/- 20% Of The Estimated Quantity Of Tons. The Forecast Quantity Is An Estimate Used To Compare The Submitted Offers. The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For The Proper Execution Of Deliveries, Ensuring Safety Conditions, Quality Of Materials And Organizational And Technical Methods During The Execution Of The Order Liability For Any Damage Or Damage To Equipment Located At The Place Of Delivery And Unloading Of Aggregate Resulting From Deliveries Carried Out By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Requires That The Unloading Of The Aggregate Be Carried Out In A Controlled Manner, Consisting In Spreading The Thickness Of The Aggregate Layer Required By The Ordering Party.
