The Supplied Oil Must Be Of High Quality And Meet The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024: 2020-12 Petroleum Products - Fuel Oils Or An Equivalent Standard With No Worse Parameters Than The Indicated Standard And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1980), As Well As Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008) And Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of November 28, 2022 On Marking And Coloring Of Energy Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2633, As Amended), And Also Meet All Other Requirements Resulting From The Legal Provisions Applicable To The Subject Of The Order.
