1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Audiovisual Devices And A Virtual Reality System, Divided Into Packages.2. Package 1 - Interactive Mobile Multimedia Kiosk (2 Pcs).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Type And Number Of Devices, Was Specified In The Form Of Required Technical Conditions Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm), Included In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments, The So-Called Taxonomy, At Least To The Extent Specified In The Required Technical Conditions Form, And The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Obligation Will Be Verified On The Terms Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. Environmental Impact Of The Order 1) Transition To A Closed Economy A). The Ordering Party Has Specified The Following Environmental Requirements In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Article 101 Of The Act Pzp: Recycling: Min. 70% Reuse; B). The Ordering Party Specified The Following Environmental Requirements In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Act: The Device Meets The Requirements Of Standards, Compliance: Cec). The Ordering Party Specified The Following Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Including Environmental Aspects, In The Draft Contract: § 1. Section 3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm, I.E. Do No Serious Damage), Entered To Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments, The So-Called Taxonomy. The Contractors Declaration During The Public Procurement Procedure, Included In The Technical Conditions Requirements Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Contract.2). Pollution Prevention And Control A). The Ordering Party Specified The Following Environmental Requirements In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law: The Product Does Not Contain Hazardous Substances Such As Cadmium, Mercury, Lead And Hexavalent Chromium In Amounts Exceeding The Permissible Limits Specified In Directive 2011/65/Eu (Rohs), I.E. 0.1% By Weight For Mercury, Lead And Hexavalent Chromium, In Relation To Each Homogeneous Material Of Which The Product Consists. The Offered Device Has Been Designed And Manufactured In A Way That Prevents The Use Of These Substances In Forms Other Than Those Permitted By Law, While Maintaining Compliance With Environmental Requirements, Including The Dnsh Principle. Permissible Exceptions, If Applicable, Result From Annex Iii To The Directive; B)
