A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Type And Number Of Devices, Was Specified In The Form Of Required Technical Conditions Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm), Included In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments, The So-Called Taxonomy, At Least To The Extent Specified In The Required Technical Conditions Form, And The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Obligation Will Be Verified On The Terms Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. Environmental Impact Of The Order 1) Transition To A Closed Economy A). The Ordering Party Has Specified The Following Environmental Requirements In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Article 101 Of The Act Pzp: Recycling: Min. 70% Reuse; B).
